Kim Kardashian wedding to new husband Kris Humphries

The incredibly lavish Kim Kardashian wedding to new husband Kris Humphries virtually paid for itself. Kim Kardashian and Kris Humphries reportedly earned at least $17.9 million in wedding related deals, freebies and media rights.

Kim Kardashian and Kris Humphries married on Saturday in Montecito in a celebrity-studded wedding estimated to cost upwards of $500,000. Khloe and Kourtney Kardashian served as matrons of honor, with little sisters Kendall and Kylie Jenner servings as bridesmaids, along with the groom’s sister, Kaela Humphries.

The guest list for the event included such celebrities as Kathie Lee Gifford, Demi Lovato, Ryan Seacrest, Avril Lavigne, Eva Longoria, Lindsay Lohan, Scottie Pippen, Kenneth ‘Babyface’ Edmonds and more. All the guests were dressed in black or white to go with the wedding’s color scheme.

Many of the expensive items for Kim Kardashian’s wedding were reportedly gifted to the happy couple and cost them not a dime. Some of the goodies they received for free included invitations, floral arrangements, tents, gourmet reception delicacies and more.

Some of the most pricey items for the vent came without a price tag for Kardashian and Humphries, including a$15,000 wedding cake and three Vera Wang dresses and fittings valued at approximately $60,000. There was also reportedly plenty of free bubbly to go around, about $400,000 worth of Perrier Jouet Champagne.

In addition to all the schwag, Kim Kardashian and Kris Humphries made a killing off of media rights to their Hollywood elite wedding. According to the New York Post, the couple will rake in $15 million plus just for a two-part wedding special on E!

 Kim Kardashian and Kris Humphries also reportedly have deals for $1.5 million for exclusive photos for People magazine, $300,000 for their exclusive engagement announcement with People, $100,000 for exclusive bridal shower access to Britain’s OK! magazine and they even received $50,000 for Humphries to hold his bachelor party at Tao in Las Vegas.

Exclusive photos from the wedding will appear in the September issue of People magazine. The E! wedding special, Kim’s Fairytale Wedding: A Kardashian Event, is set to air on October 9th & 10th.

It is my pleasure to inform you that Basketmouth(Nigerian Comedian) will be tying the nuptial knots with his longtime girlfriend Elsie Uzonma this week.

The traditional version of the wedding will be taking place on November 1st 2010, while the wedding proper will be on November 6th 2010 both ceremonies will be taking place in Lagos.

The Wedding Company will manage the wedding, while Uche Majekodunmi's Newton and David will handle decor. Bonix will take care of food and drinks. 2face, Banky W, Dare Art Alade are billed to perform at the wedding.
